1-Where can I buy a ticket?

ONLINE: With a credit card on our website.

AT THE STOPS: You can buy bus tickets from the live tour guide on the bus at any of the stops on the route, but only in cash and subject to seat avilability.

OFFICIAL TICKET OFFICE: Located at Av. Roque Saenz Peña 728, which is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

2-How long is the ticket valid when I buy it on the website?

 The ticket is in effect from the moment it is issued, it must be used the day selected during the purchase process.

3-How many routes do you offer? Can I use the same ticket for all routes?

We offer two routes: the Blue /Red route, which has 25 stops and takes 3 hours 20 minutes, and the Green route, which has 11 stops and takes 1 hour 20 minutes. Both routes can be traveled with the same ticket

4-Can I get on and off at any stop with the same ticket?

Yes, the buses are a Hop On - Hop Off service, which means that you can jump on and off  the bus at any stop you wish to.

5-Does the bus ticket include admission to the historical attractions seen on its routes?

No, the ticket is valid ony for the bus routes.

6-What are the departure times?

From Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 17:45 p.m.

7-What happens if I lose my ticket?

It’s very important to keep your ticket safe, because if you lose it, you won’t be able to continue hopping on and off the bus.

8-What happens if it rains?

Buses run as normal when it rains.

9-Can tickets be exchanged after purchasing?

No, tickets cannot be exchanged.

10-Do buses run on public holidays?

Yes, buses complete their entire route as normal on public holidays.

11-Are there promotions or discounts?

Yes, the bus service includes special rates for retirees, people with special needs and a companion (must include such information in the certificate of  disability), family groups, less than 4 to 11 years and Argentines.

12-What do I need to show to buy discount tickets?

Pensioners must show their Pensioners Card.

Persons with disabilities or special needs must show their Certificate of Disability.

Argentine citizens must show their National Identity Card (DNI).

13-Are buses wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all our buses are wheelchair accessible.

14-What is your ticketing policy for children

Children under 3 are carried free but may not occupy a seat .
